  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items on sale or discounted products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. Pranjals House is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will credited your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted (e.g., items showing signs of use or damage not due to our error).

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as processing times may vary. 4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at orders@pranjalshouse.in or 9829105020 for further instructions.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately at orders@pranjalshouse.in with a description of the issue and photographs, if possible. We will arrange for a replacement within 2 working days or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Customized Products

Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund, as they are made specifically for you. We kindly request that you double-check your customization details before placing an order.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
