Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers/merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  • Pranjals House does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund/replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Returns & Replacements:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the issue at their end.
  • Product Not as Expected: If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  • Replacement Delivery Timeline: If a replacement is approved, the delivery timeline will be 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 5-7 business days for international orders, subject to courier service availability. If the replacement product is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected restocking date and provide an alternative resolution.

Refund Process & Timeline:

  • If a refund is approved by Pranjals House, it will take 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery.

Warranty-Related Issues:

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers should directly contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement claims.
