Shipping Policy
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company/post office norms. Pranjals House shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authority.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Domestic Shipping (India): Standard delivery within 5-7 business days, express delivery within 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Standard delivery within 10-15 business days, express delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- Delivery confirmation will be sent to your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order.
- Any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or Pranjals House (if applicable) are non-refundable.
